Conduct an energy study of Saddleback Community College with the goal of decreasing heating-, coolingand electricity-related energy costs.

PROBLEM:
Design unique HVAC and plumbing systems for TurnKey's projects, slab-on-grade module buildings that are factory constructed and then shipped to site for use in hospitals and schools. This type of building is relatively new, so there are very few HVAC and plumbing standards specific to it to draw upon for reference.

WESCORP


 

PROBLEM:
Implement energy cost-savings solution for WesCorp's check-processing facility that realized actual cost savings and was flexible enough to work within a fixed construction budget. WesCorp and its architecture firm, Matlock & Associates, were particularly concerned with decreasing the facility's large 24-hour energy load, as well as a substantial amount of daytime-only energy load.
