The Santa Clarita Medical Plaza was developed to serve the Providence Holy Cross Medical Center as an off-campus medical support facility.  The facility would eventually house several functions with tenants including Providence Holy Cross, Facey Medical Group, and other private medical tenants.  All designs for this facility were submitted to OSHPD for plan review.

Design West Engineering was brought in to the project at the core and shell phase of the building development and continued through with each of the subsequent tenant improvement phase until the facility was fully built out.

The three-story ambulatory care center is 78,000 square feet.  Some various functions in the facility include a radiology oncology wing with a linear accelerator, a medical imaging center with MRI and CT/PET scan equipment, an outpatient surgery center with 3 OR’s, a campus pharmacy, various doctor’s offices, and additional support.

All phases of the project followed aggressive design and construction schedules.
