Magnolia Public Schools operates ten science academies across California and was in need of a new campus for their growing STEM program in Santa Ana, California. We worked alongside Berliner Architects to design full MEP systems to support this new two-story, 57,000 SF school serving 750 students grades K-12.
Our work also included fire sprinkler and low voltage design for the mix of classrooms, science labs, administrative space, a multi-purpose room and gymnasium in the facility. All of our work on this project went through the California Division of the State Architect for review and certificatyion.
The Magnolia Science Academy provides a college preparatory educational program emphasizing Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics in a safe environment that cultivates respect for self and others.
