About Mark Galle

Cofounder of Design West Engineering and CFO, Mark Galle brings over 30 years of hands on MEP engineering experience to his profession. Mark monitors the day to day design studio, ensure quality and accuracy of engineered systems. Mark works closely with his team and is not afraid to “roll up his sleeves and get his hands dirty” with any job that comes through the door. One of his greatest desires to share his seasoned knowledge with his staff and make sure quality permeates the company culture from initial investigation through close out. He oversees in house education of his staff and strives to see everyone current with the latest technology. Additionally, he routinely sponsors continued education outside of the office for his staff in order to internally cultivate the quality of his employees and to bring our clients an exceptionally competent engineering team. Mark has an extensive background in designing MEP systems for many civic applications as well as hospital work for large groups like Kaiser, government subsidized clinical treatment, as well as a great deal of skilled nursing, extended stay, and senior care facilities. Mark is always working his hardest to see his team produce a well-coordinated product, ensuring both internal and external communication is at its highest, and that every system we design demonstrates our team’s commitment to quality and accuracy.
